For one night only, discover Dom Pérignon's Vintage 2015 Champagne exclusively at kingi Private alongside an extraordinary five-course degustation crafted by chef and kingi co-founder Tom Hishon.
The elegant clarity of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2015 and seasonal, sustainable seafood take centre stage in this one-off five-course kingi Private x Dom Pérignon degustation.
With just 12 seats available, it will be an intimate evening, created for those who truly appreciate fine food and champagne. Over five delicious courses, Tom will showcase the vintage’s distinctive and complex aromatic flavour profile, which combines intense roasted and cocoa notes, delicate floral aromas of lime blossom, jasmine and peony and bouquet of spices such as aniseed and cardamom. Tom’s menu plays off and accentuates these characteristics, with food pairings such as a crayfish taco with golden kiwi and green chilli and swordfish with white asparagus, bisque and smoked pomme puree. Be the first in New Zealand to taste Dom Pérignon's 2015 Vintage champagne, exclusively available by the glass at kingi this November and December.
kingi co-founder and chef Tom Hishon has thoughtfully curated a snack menu of perfect pairings for the Dom Pérignon 2015 Vintage, offering a vibrant tasting experience to go with a champagne that has complex stimulating and soothing elements.
You can order by the glass or choose to pair a glass with a matched snack, with the menufeaturing delicious mouthfuls like Te Matuku Bay oysters or crayfish tacos with bright flavours of golden kiwi, kawakawa and green chilli.

Live DJ sessions at kingi continue through Spring! DJ Nick Takashima will play a set of soul, funk, house and jazzy beats to enjoy alongside a special drinks list, and kingi plates you know and love.
Come along for a dose of great tunes and book a table ahead of time if you’re in the mood for more than drinks and small bites.
