With just 12 seats available, it will be an intimate evening, created for those who truly appreciate fine food and champagne. Over five delicious courses, Tom will showcase the vintage’s distinctive and complex aromatic flavour profile, which combines intense roasted and cocoa notes, delicate floral aromas of lime blossom, jasmine and peony and bouquet of spices such as aniseed and cardamom. Tom’s menu plays off and accentuates these characteristics, with food pairings such as a crayfish taco with golden kiwi and green chilli and swordfish with white asparagus, bisque and smoked pomme puree.
